इन्डो जर्मन सोसाईटी की 50वीं वर्षगाठ पर संम्पन्न हुआ दो दिवसीय कार्यक्रम

12 फरवरी, 2016 को मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति व मालवीय सेंटर फॉर पीस रिसर्च बी0एच0यू0, वाराणसी के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में इंडो जर्मन सोसाइटी रेम्मसाइड जर्मनी के 50वी सालगिरह के उपलक्ष्य में मालवीय पीस सेंटर में संगोष्ठी के आयोजन का शुभारम्भ किया गया |

जिसमे इंडो जर्मन सोसाइटी की सुश्री हेलमा रिच्चा द्वारा आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर परिवार के बच्चों को जो अपने बहुत सघर्षों के बाद भी अपनी शिक्षा जारी रखे है उनकी शिक्षा जारी रखने इंडो जर्मन सोसाइटी रेम्मसाइड जर्मनी द्वारा 100 बच्चो को स्कालरशिप पिछले कई वर्षों से दिया जा रहा है | ऐसे 50 बच्चों को सम्मान पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया |

साथ ही सामाजिक व शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अतुल्यनीय योगदान देने के लिए प्रोफेसर प्रियंकर उपाध्याय, डॉ0 मोहम्मद आरिफ व आचार्य मृत्युंजय त्रिपाठी को उनके सराहनीय कार्यो हेतु “जनमित्र सम्मान” से सम्मानित किया गया | इस अवसर पर हेलमा रिचा के उत्कृष्ट कार्यो के लिए उन्हें भी सम्मानित किया गया था |

इस अवसर पर इन्डो जर्मन सोसाईटी द्वारा किये गए के इतिहास पर एक स्मारिका का विमोचन किया गया, जिसे जर्मनी में जून में होने वाले कार्यक्रम में इंटरनेट के माध्यम से ऑनलाईन किया जाएगा |

जर्मनी के बोन शहर में दुनिया का प्रथम महिला म्यूजियम की 37वीं वर्षगाँठ व बनारस हिन्दू यूनिवर्सिटी की 100वीं वर्षगाँठ व इन्डो जर्मन सोसाईटी की 50वीं वर्षगाँठ के उपलक्ष में इन्डो जर्मन सोसाईटी रेमसाईड की अध्यक्षा हेल्म रिचा ने म्यूजियम में शांति के प्रतीक स्वर्ग की सीढी (जो बोन की वूमेंस म्यूजियम (Frauenmuseum) में स्थापित है) का प्रतीक शांति के लिए काम करने वाले मालवीय सेंटर फार पीस रिसर्च के निदेशक व यूनेस्को चेयर डा0 प्रियंकर उपाद्ध्याय को एक सम्मान भेट किया |

13 फरवरी, 2016 को मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में इंडो जर्मन सोसाइटी रेम्मसाइड जर्मनी के 50वी सालगिरह के उपलक्ष्य में कामेश हट होटल, जगतगंज में संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया | इस संगोष्ठी में भारत और जर्मनी के आम लोगों के रिश्ते को कैसे मजबूत बनाया जाय इस पर परिचर्चा की गयी | जिसमे इंडो जर्मन सोसाइटी की अध्यक्षा सुश्री हेलमा रिचा द्वारा वाराणसी में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर परिवार के बच्चों को जो अपने बहुत सघर्षों के बाद भी अपनी शिक्षा जारी रखे है उनकी शिक्षा जारी रखने इन्डो जर्मन सोसाइटी रेमसाईड जर्मनी द्वारा 100 बच्चो को स्कालरशिप पिछले कई वर्षों से दिया जा रहा है | ऐसे 50 बच्चों होटल कामेश हट में सम्मान पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया

रेमसाईड शहर के लार्ड मेयर बुरखर्ड मस्त वेस्ज़ (Burkhard Mast-Weisz) को बनारस के बुनकरों-दस्तकारो की ओर से श्री सिद्दीक हसन द्वारा रेमसाईड शहर के प्रतीक चिन्ह को 5 मई, 2015 को रेमसाईड शहर के सिटी हाल में डा0 लेनिन रघुवंशी ने दिया था | उस प्रतीक के रूप में मेयर ने एक प्रतीक चिन्ह व अपनी और हेलमा की फोटो उपहार स्वरुप डा0 लेनिन रघुवंशी को भेट किया |

इन्डो जर्मन सोसाईटी जर्मनी रेमसाईड क्षेत्र के राज्य संसद के सदस्य श्री स्वेन वोल्फ (Swen wolf) और इन्डो जर्मन सोसाईटी के चेयरमैन श्री हंस (Hans-Joachim Kiderlen) और जर्मन दूतावास ने भी अपना शुभ सन्देश भेजा है |

कार्यक्रम में स्कालरशिप पाने वाली बच्चियों ने सामाजिक गीत गाकर कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की इसके साथ ही कई बच्चियों ने अपना अनुभव साझा किया कि इस स्कालरशिप कार्यक्रम के सहयोग से कैसे उनके जीवन में बदलाव आया |

इस अवसर पर मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति की मैनेजिंग ट्रस्टी श्रुति नागवंशी और असोसिएट प्रोफ़ेसर अर्चना कौशिक की लिखी किताब “Margins To Centre Stage” हेलमा रिचा को भेट स्वरुप दिया गया |

इसके साथ ही दो दिवसीय इस संगोष्ठी का समापन किया गया | जिस पर सात सूत्रीय “बनारस घोषणा” पत्र जारी किया गया | जिसे दुनिया भर की सरकारों को प्रेषित किया जाएगा | विदित है कि इन्डो जर्मन सोसाईटी, रेमसाईड के 50वीं वर्षगाँठ पर जारी “बनारस घोषणा” पत्र ने 9 अगस्त, 2014 के बनारस घोषणा पत्र का समर्थन करते हुए हुए वाराणसी/बनारस/काशी को यूनेस्को द्वारा बहुलतावाद व समवेशीवाद संस्कृति के इतिहास वाला शहर घोषित करने की मांग की है |

Message of Ms. Helma Ritscher, Chairwoman, Indo-German Society Affiliate Remscheid

It is a great honor for me, to celebrate together with all of you today and with the many invited guests the 50th anniversary of our Indo-German Society Remscheid here in Varanasi. In Germany, we will start the celebration in June 2016 in the town hall of Remscheid, where we will have Dr. Lenin Raghuvanshi as our guest of honor.

As Dr. Lenin told me that he decided together with his wife Shruti and the whole PVCHR team to invite me to India for celebrating the anniversary of our company here together with all of you, I felt deeply touched. Moreover, I am even now deeply moved in the moment I stand here before you, holding this wonderful booklet in my hands. This booklet was a very lovely idea of PVCHR!

Before I continue, I would like to take this opportunity once again to express on behalf of our society and personally as "Helmaji" our whole-hearted gratitude towards Dr. Lenin and the whole PVCHR- team. Thank you for your generous gifts, the invitation and the ceremony as well as the successful brochure.

Thank you! This brochure tells the story of the extraordinary friendship and harmonious cooperation between the PVCHR and our Indo-German Society Remscheid, since early 2002, when we met each other for the first time. What has brought us together? I will tell you.

At the time of our first meeting, the PVCHR was at the beginning of its development to become a recognized organization for human rights. Our society from Remscheid had experience since many years: we organized numerous events and projects in which we wanted to explain and show the diversity of the Indian culture and its unique traditions, past and present to the German public. We also organized an exchange between Indian and German schools: thanks to pen pal-friendships and project work, the students were able to overcome prejudices, create a better understanding for each other, and develop an appreciation of each other's culture.

We were convinced, to be good mediators between the two cultures.

That changed abruptly with the "Global March1998", which was initiated by Kailash Sartyarthi, as the International Coordinator. Here I want to add, that Mr. Sartyarthi was honored for his tireless efforts against the exploitation of children in South Asia and his fight for the access of all children to education with the Nobel Peace Prize in October 2014.

The "Global March" brought child laborers from different parts of the world for the first time to Geneva, Switzerland, to the meeting of the ILO (International Labour Organization). They should get the opportunity, to talk for themselves about their rights and against intolerable child labor. They also came with thousands of thumbprints they had collected on their way to Geneva, as an evidence of solidarity.

We suddenly became aware of our global responsibility for the fate of this world's suffering children, particularly children in India. The examination of "child labor and the lives of the marginalized and neglected Dalit-Communities” showed us quite plainly, that we also had marginalized them in the programs of our Indo-German Society Remscheid – until the "Global March".

The issue of human rights was immediately on the agenda of our Society. From this moment on, we actively participated in the "Global March", updated the theme in Remscheid schools through information material and organized a day of action in the city center. One of our activities was a charity concert of the esteemed musicians and brothers Prakash, (who unfortunately died), Subhash and Vikash Maharaj of Varanasi. We know each other since 1983. Today we share a deep friendship and a multifaceted cooperation. Vikash Maharaj, founder and vice-president of human rights organization PVCHR at that time, invited me after the concert to Varanasi to meet the founder of the PVCHR, Dr. Lenin Raghuvanshi.

Unfortunately, it took four more years, until I met Dr. Lenin and the PVCHR for the first time. The Global March had already given me an insight into the discriminatory situation of the Dalits, but to see the situation with my own eyes shocked me even more. However, how happy the crowd of children greeted when I arrived at the villages - the people were so friendly! From this moment, the cooperation between PVCHR and our Society was decided: The promotion of Dalit in the struggle for their rights and their appreciation as equal human beings became the main topic of the affiliate Remscheid.

Beginning in 2007, the Indo-German Society utilized public funds of the German Government in North Rhine-Westphalia and sponsors from Remscheid, to enable the construction of social and educational facilities in the villages around Varanasi, like Ayer, Baghwanala and Shivrampur. In the more distant village Raup, a community center was built for and by the Dalit community, headed by Dr. Lenin and the PVCHR.

One year before, in 2006, our affiliate and the PVCHR had started an educational initiative between a student team of a Remscheid Gymnasium and Dalit students. The Remscheid-students have campaigned on public actions to promote the struggle of their Dalit friends for equal rights. Today the German students are grown up but still engaged on sustainable projects. One of them, Henrik Sadlowski, will come in March for the third time to Varanasi – to be with the PVCHR and his Dalit friends.

Over the years, an indestructible bridge of friendship has been created. This bridge brought Dr. Lenin also to Remscheid, where the Lord Mayor in the town hall received him. Moreover, on behalf of our Indo-German Society, I have been here in India for many times. In all the years, I attended some inaugurations of important buildings, like the "Savitri Bai Puhle Women Centre" in 2012.

After this opening ceremony in Baghwanala, the "Helma Ritscher Education Scholarship Fund" was initiated by PVCHR as recognition for the work of our Society and our commitment to education for all children. The scholarship, as a long-term and sustainable initiative, offers underprivileged boys and girls the opportunity to receive continuing education. Deeply impressed and moved by the idea I accepted this honor.

Tomorrow I will share happiness with all the young people who have successfully graduated with the help of the "Helma Ritscher Education Scholarship Fund". It will be a great honor to me, to hand over the “Certificate of the Indo-German Society Remscheid” to the young Dalit graduates.

A certificate as a symbol of recognition and as a sign, that they are equal, emancipated and well educated Indian citizens, with rights and dignity.

We truly celebrate this occasion today and tomorrow here in Varanasi:

The unique friendship and sustainable cooperation between PVCHR and the Indo-German Society Remscheid – on special occasion of the 50 anniversary of the Indo-German Society Affiliate Remscheid.

But, why a German celebration in Varanasi?

Because Germany and India, Remscheid and Varanasi, Indo-German Society and PVCHR

काशी को गौरान्वित करने के लिए श्रुति नागवंशी, यास्मीन, नंदिनी और पूजा राजभर का 28 जनवरी, 2016 को वाराणसी के जगतगंज स्थित होटल कामेश हट में आल इण्डिया सेक्युलर फोरम, सेन्टर फॉर हार्मोनी एंड पीस और ग्राम्या संसथान के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में सम्मान समारोह कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया |

कार्यक्रम का संचालन करते हुए आल इण्डिया सेक्युलर फोरम के संयोजक डा0 मोहम्मद आरिफ ने सम्मान समारोह के आयोजन के विषय में बताते हुए कहा कि महिला सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए महिलाओ के न्याय पाने एवं महिला अधिकार को सुरक्षित करने के लिए महिला एवं बाल कल्याण केन्द्रीय मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति की मैनेजिंग ट्रस्टी श्रुति नागवंशी को पूरे भारत से 100 महिलाओ में चुने जाने एवं गणतंत्र दिवस परेड में भारत सरकार द्वारा विशेष अतिथि के रूप में आमंत्रित किये जाने पर फोरम ने विभिन्न संगठनो द्वारा मिलकर उनका सम्मान समारोह आयोजित किया |

आगे उन्होंने बताया कि इस सम्मान समारोह में मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति द्वारा विभिन्न ब्लाको में गठित बाल पंचायत की परमंदापुर निवासिनी कुमारी यास्मिन और कुमारी नन्दिनी को उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा दिसम्बर, 2015 में “बाल संसद” में बुलाया गया था क्योकि वाराणसी में बाल पंचायत के माध्यम से इन बच्चियों ने बाल यौन हिंसा के खिलाफ आवाज उठाते हुए कुछ शोहदों को सलाखों के पीछे पहुचाया था | साथ ही अन्य ब्लाको में भी इस मुहीम को मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति(पीवीसीएचआर) द्वारा गठित विभिन्न ब्लाको में बाल पंचायत में आगे बढ़ा रही है |

वचितों के हक़ की लडाई लड़ने और मवाधिकारो के लिए संघर्ष करने के क्षेत्र में अन्तराष्ट्रीय ख्याति पा कर सूबे का गौरव बढ़ने वाली श्रुति नागवंशी इस बार नयी दिल्ली के गणतंत्र दिवस परेड में भी अथिति के रूप में बुलाई गयी हैं. बीते 22 जनवरी को उन्हें भारत के राष्ट्रपति, प्रणब मुखर्जी ने राष्ट्रपति भवन में ‘बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ओ’ योजना की प्रथम वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर 100 सफल महिलाओं के लिए आयोजित लंच में भी आमंत्रित किया था.

मानवाधिकार जन निगरानी समिति के माध्यम से श्रुति दलितों, पिछड़ों, आदिवासी और समाज के कमजोर तबके के लिए बुनियादी सुविधाओं की लड़ाई में दो दशक से संघर्ष कर रही हैं।

15 जुलाई, 2015 को महिला और बाल विकास मंत्रालय के फेसबुक पृष्ठ पर # 100 महिला नाम से प्रतियोगिता की घोषणा की गई जिसके द्वारा 20 वर्गों में नामांकन आमंत्रित किए गए; जैसे महिलाओं और उनके अधिकारों की रक्षा करते हुए न्याय तक पहुंच, कृषि और पशुपालन, पशु कल्याण, कला और संस्कृति, वाणिज्य उद्योग और उद्यमिता, समुदाय एकजुटता,निशक्तता और पिछड़ापन, शिक्षा, पर्यावरण, वन और वन्यजीव, वैश्वीकृत होता भारत, स्वास्थ्य देखभाल और स्वास्थ्य,स्वच्छता और सफाई, बाल लैंगिक अनुपात सुधारना, नवान्वेषण विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी, साहित्य, मीडिया, पोषण, खेल,सार्वजनिक जीवन में महिलाएं तथा महिला सशक्तीकरण। 20 वर्गों के अंतर्गत प्राप्त 474 नामांकनों से निर्णायक मंडल ने 200 नामित महिलाएं अल्पसूचीबद्ध की गईं। 200 अल्पसूचीबद्ध नामित महिलाओं के लिए 3 दिसम्बर 2015 से 30 दिसम्बर2015 तक जनमत करवाया गया जिसमें से 100 महिलाएं चुनी गईं।

वाराणसी की सुप्रसिद्द महिलाधिकार कार्यकर्ता श्रुतिनागवंशी व नाजनीन अंसारी भी इन 100 महिलाओं में शामिल थी.

श्रुति ने बताया कि रास्ट्रपति भवन में पहले महामहिम राष्ट्रपति के साथ फोटो सेशन और फिर फिर भोज का आयोजन हुआ. देश की चुनी हुयी 100 महिलाओ में मेधा पाटेकर ,तीजन बाई, रेस्क्यू फाउंडेशन की त्रिवेणी आचार्या, खिलाड़ी ज्वाला गुट्टा व पद्मश्री सुश्री सुनीता कृष्णन आदि प्रमुख लोग शामिल है.

श्रुति नागवंशी ने अपना अनुभव साझा करते हुए बताया कि वाराणसी जिले समेत उत्तर प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलो में मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति एवं सावित्री बा फूले महिला पंचायत द्वारा महिलाओ, वंचित, व विशेषकर बच्चो की जो बाल पंचायत को सशक्त करने के लिए पिछले दो दशको से लगातार प्रयास कर बच्चो के बाल पंचायत को मजबूत करते हुए सैकड़ो लडकियों के शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और बालाधिकार को सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास किया | जिसके फलस्वरूप आज वाराणसी की महिला कार्यकर्ती को महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा पूरे भारत से 100 महिलाओ में से चुना गया जिससे मै बहुत गौरान्वित हूँ | साथ ही सरकार द्वारा महिला अधिकार और महिला पहचान को सशक्त करने हेतु इस कदम से मुझे बहुत सम्बल मिला जिससे मै और बेहतर काम अपने जीवन में करने का प्रयास करूंगी |

इसके साथ ही मेरे लिए यह बहुत ही स्वर्णिम अवसर था जब अपने देश के महामहिम राष्ट्रपति व अन्य विशष्ट माननीयो एवं महिला अधिकार पर संघर्षशील 100 महिलाओ के साथ राष्ट्रपति भवन में भोज समारोह में शामिल होने का अवसर मिला |

इसके साथ ही श्रुति नागवंशी, कुमारी याश्मिन और कुमारी नन्दिनी को गणतन्त्र दिवस की परेड में भी निमंत्रण दिया गया था और ये बच्चिया श्रुति नागवंशी के साथ गणतंत्र दिवस परेड में शामिल हुई |

इसके अतिरिक्त कुमारी यास्मीन और कुमारी नन्दिनी ने अपने अनुभव साझा करते हुए बताया कि जब उन्हें गणतन्त्र दिवस के परेड में अतिथि के रूप में बुलावा का निमंत्रण मिला वह समय हमारे जीवन का सबसे खुशनुमा पल था | जो गणतन्त्र दिवस परेड को हम हमेशा टीवी पर देखते थे आज उसमे एक अतिथि के रूप में बैठकर जीवंत देखना हमारे लिए सबसे बड़ा पुरस्कार था, जो हम कभी नहीं भूलेंगे और जिस काम की वजह से हमें यह सम्मान मिला, उसे निरंतर आगे बढ़ाते रहेंगे |

इसके साथ ही वाराणसी जिले के मलीन बस्ती बघवानाला में बाल पंचायत की बच्चियों ने बाल विवाह के खिलाफ मुहीम छेड़कर बघवानाल में बाल विवाह बंद करवा दिया और पीवीसीएचआर द्वारा चलाये गए शैक्षणिक प्रक्रियाओ से आज वहाँ की बच्चिया आज यू पी कालेज से स्नातक कर रही है उसमे से ही एक बच्ची कुमारी पूजा को नार्वे सरकार द्वारा चलायी गए FK यूथ फेलोशिप दिया जा रहा है | इसके साथ कुमारी पूजा और दो अन्य आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर और शिक्षा को जारी रखने के दृढ निश्चय वाली लडकियों को ही साईकिल वितरण कर उनकी शिक्षा को आगे बढ़ाने हेतु प्रोत्साहित किया गया |

इस अवसर पर पूजा ने बताया कि जो आज मुझे FK यूथ फेलोशिप मिला है उससे मुझे शिक्षा और अपने अधिकारो के प्रति महत्व और समझ में आने लगा है | मैंने अपने जीवन में कभी नहीं सोचा था के मै कभी वाराणसी से बाहर भी जाउंगी पर मुझे काठमांडू व नार्वे जाने का अवसर मिला और वहाँ पर कई देशो के नवयुवको से जो मिलने, बात चीत करने और बहुत कुछ सीखने का अवसर मिला वो मेरे जीवन की अभी तक की सबसे बड़ी उपलब्धि थी और यह सब पीवीसेएचआर द्वारा अवसर प्रदान करने से संभव हुआ, जिससे मै आगे और भी कड़ी मेहनत करते हुए इस काम को आगे बढाउंगी जिससे मुझ जैसी और लडकिया आगे बढ़ सके | विदित है कि पीवीसीएचआर व इन्सेक नेपाल के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में एफ0 के0 फेलोशिप के तहत बघवानाला की पूजा के अलावा नेपाल के निर्मल व संगीता भट एवं भारत के दिलशाद खान को प्रशिक्षित किया जा रहा है

उपरोक्त सभी के इस उत्कृष्ट कार्य और काशी के गौरव को देशभर में गुंजायमान करने के लिए आल इण्डिया सेक्युलर फोरम, उत्तर प्रदेश के बैनर तले काशी की शान उन बहादुर बच्चियों याश्मिन, नन्दिनी, पूजा और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ती श्रुति नागवंशी का सम्मान किया गया |

सुप्रसिद्ध सामाजिक चिन्तक श्री राकेश रंजन त्रिपाठी ने श्रुति नागवंशी को “काशी पुत्री” की उपाधि देकर सम्मानित किया है | मानवाधिकार जांनिगरानी समिति के गवर्निंग बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष डा0 महेंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने श्रुति नागवंशी को विशेष प्रसस्ती पत्र देकर उन्हें सम्मानित किया |

कार्यक्रम के दौरान मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति के दलितों व गाँव स्तर पर किये गए काम व लोगो की टेस्टीमनी पर आधारित पुस्तक “अँधेरा भारत” जिसे सुप्रसिद्ध लेखक रामजी यादव द्वारा लिखित अवन्तिका पब्लिकेशन व मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति ने संयुक्त रूप से प्रकाशित पुस्तक का विमोचन भी किया गया |

इस अवसर पर विभिन्न सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता व सैकड़ो लोग सम्मिलित हुए |
